Lens, in 30 seconds
Ask one question across every document at once.
The Index is the working surface analysts return to on every deal. Click a cited cell to see the exact source.
The desks that read the most, and can least afford to be wrong.
Private Equity
Screen targets and diligence data rooms with one Index per deal. Track EBITDA quality, customer concentration and moat durability without opening a single PDF twice.
From data room to institutional memory in three steps.
Drop your data room
Upload the room as is. Lens indexes every file, format and footnote in place.
Ask in the Index
Query across the whole set at once. Every answer is a citation, never a guess.
It compounds into memory
Each deal becomes part of your firm's permanent record, queryable on the next one.
One record, six ways to work it.
Index
One question, every document, one answer per row, fully cited.
Deep Research Chat
Converse with the whole record. Follow-ups stay grounded in your documents.
Thesis Builder
Draft and score an investment thesis directly from source material.
Deal Library
Every screened, invested or passed deal, searchable across the firm.
IC Memo Generator
Turn a completed Index into a first-draft investment committee memo.
Templates for 7 verticals
Pre-built Index templates for PE, M&A, credit, legal, real estate, corporate and research.
See how the Index reads a data room.
Pick a vertical and run the analysis. This is a scripted walk-through of the Index on a sample data room, not a live model run.
The record only gets more valuable with time.
Deal Library
Every deal you have screened, invested in or passed on, searchable in one institutional archive.
Knowledge Base
The companies, people and terms your documents mention, linked across every deal rather than trapped in one.
Reports
Read your portfolio from the Index runs themselves, so a chart can be traced back to the document behind it.
Every desk gets its own output.
Lens does not hand every desk the same generic summary. The Index compounds into the document each vertical actually produces, citations intact, ready to export.
Generated straight from the completed Index, with every claim linked back to its source page. Export to Word, PDF or PowerPoint in one click, ready for the investment committee.

Investment Thesis
Pure play recurring revenue model with a proprietary transaction dataset creating durable switching costs. EU native architecture is a structural advantage for GDPR sensitive enterprise buyers.
Key RisksFlagged
Customer concentration, with the top 3 accounts at 18 to 22% of ARR, and an 18 month competitive lead that may narrow.
Key Financials
Revenue €48.2M, growing at a 34% CAGR. EBITDA margin of 28.3 to 31.2%. Net leverage of 0.0x.
The reading is done once. The deliverables come from it.
A deck, a model and an agent run all read the same indexed evidence, so a figure that appears in three places came from one document and points back to it.
Presentations
Export a completed Index as a deck. The deck follows the desk: a private equity export leads on the financial summary, a legal export leads on obligations, legal issues and critical dates. Every figure on a slide is the one in the grid, and the grid says which document it came from.
Financial models
Valuation, sensitivity, comparables, LBO, returns waterfall, covenant tracker, tranche-level debt schedule — built from your documents.
- —Every extracted figure carries its citation; every derived figure carries its formula.
- —Assumptions are labelled as assumptions, never passed off as something the documents said.
- —Missing a number the documents won’t give up? Enter it by hand — the model still builds, marked as entered, never as sourced.
Atlas
Give Atlas an instruction in a sentence. It plans the steps, runs them over your documents, and hands back a written result. Each run has a spending ceiling set before it starts, and reports what it could not do rather than filling the gap.
Skills
Atlas, saved as a playbook you pick instead of writing the instruction again — 21 skills, three per desk.
- —Private equity: contract risk scan, earnings-call summary
- —Credit: covenant extraction, loophole detection
- —Legal: termination-risk sweep, clause library search
- —Real estate, corporate, research: lease analysis and more
- —Every skill runs under the same ceiling and evidence rules
Deep Research Chat
Ask the whole record a question and keep asking. Follow-ups stay grounded in the documents rather than drifting, because each turn retrieves against the conversation and not just the last few words — every answer carries the passage it came from.
API and MCP
Every completed Index run is readable over an API your systems can call, with the citations attached, so an analysis can feed a portfolio tracker or a monitoring job without anyone retyping figures. Connect an assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol and it can look up a deal and check a source while you work.
A model that will not build is doing its job
Ask for a covenant model where the documents carry no covenant terms and Lens refuses, and names what is missing: total debt, cash, interest expense, the covenant levels. It does not produce a model with plausible numbers in those cells. The same rule governs the Index: a value the model cannot tie to an exact excerpt is dropped rather than displayed without a source.
Your work does not have to stay inside Lens.
Lens exposes the same Index runs your team reads on screen through an API your systems can call, so a completed analysis can feed a portfolio tracker, an internal report or a monitoring job without anyone copying figures by hand.
Read your Index runs from anywhere
Pull workspaces, completed Index runs and the cells behind them into whatever your firm already runs on, with the citations attached.
Keys your admins control
Each key belongs to one organization and can be revoked from Settings. A key never reaches beyond the firm that issued it.
Works with AI assistants
Connect Lens to an assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol and it can look up a deal, read an Index run and check a source while you work.
Included on every plan, with request limits that rise with the plan. Knowledge Base access and memo generation start at Team. Technical reference at the API documentation and the MCP connector guide.
Pull the data room straight in
Built to survive a legal and compliance review.
EU data residency
Your documents are stored and served from EU data centres. Analysis calls Anthropic under terms that forbid training on your data.
Zero AI training
Your documents are never used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s.
Encrypted end to end
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, on every file and every query.
Strict tenant isolation
Each firm’s memory is logically and cryptographically separated.
Full audit trail
Every query, export and citation is logged and available on request.
GDPR-native by design
Built around EU data protection law from the first line of code, not retrofitted.
